Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange/Refund Terms: 

  • The customer has the right to exchange/return the product within 7 days only from receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product modified based on the customer's request is non-exchangeable/refundable.
  • Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (niqabs, masks, perfumes, gloves, hair ties, gifts).
  • If the product is defective or wrong, the seller bears all costs.
  • After the policy is issued by the carrier, the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company registered in the policy.
  • In international exchanges/returns, the customer bears all shipping and delivery costs for the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.

 

Replacement/Refund Mechanism:

  • The application is submitted from the Manage Applications page.
  • The product to be exchanged/returned must be carefully selected (in case of any modification to the order, contact customer service).
  • Determine the reason for each piece and the rest of the data (when receiving a defective or incorrect order, photos must be provided showing the defects or error, along with a photo of the barcode on the piece).
  • After completing the application, you must wait for the policy to be returned (the policy will be sent via text message and email within 48 business hours).
  • Upon receipt of the return policy, the products submitted must be handed over to the shipping company (the policy is valid for 7 working days).
  • The amount paid for shipping and cash on delivery fees goes to the shipping company and cannot be returned.
  • Your order will be updated as soon as the delivery is updated by the shipping company.
